Do’s and Don’ts Regarding National Forest Service (NFS) land
1. If you plan to gather on NFS land, there are no restrictions (setting up chairs/canopies/games) if the event totals under 75 people.
2. Event cannot obstruct public pathway or access.
3. No open flame of any kind.
4. No structures, temporary or permanent, are to be set up overnight.
5. Collect all garbage and personal items from the beach area and forest at the end of your event.
Group Responsibilities
6. Each space (RV space/cabin/tent site) must be assigned to the person occupying that space. That person must call 30 days in advance of the dates above to submit a credit card number. No charges will be incurred at this time. This will guarantee their reservation and space.
7. Visitors MUST check in at the office before entering the campground.
8. Additional tables/chairs must be supplied by the group coordinator.
9. Quiet time in the park is 10 pm. All activity must be shut down and cleaned up by this time.
10. Ensure you have a backup plan in case of inclement weather.
11. All pets MUST be leashed, and pet rules followed. No pets on the lawn areas.
12. No tents are to be pitched at the cabins. There isn’t enough space.
13. Review the campground rules and policies with your group, kids, family and visitors.
