We recommend staying within this area for the safest experience. While easily accessible, the big water of Lake Roosevelt can get windy and choppy without warning. Our lake is protected from the winds and much easier to maneuver.
NO Jet Skis Allowed on the Kettle River
Just to let all our Personal Watercraft people know that Jet Skis are not allowed on the Kettle River and therefore the beach that is accessible from the camp cannot be accessed by jet ski. Therefore, the area on the above map highlighted in blue for canoeing is off limits to Jet Skis.
You are more than welcome to use them on Lake Roosevelt and launch them at the Marina, about 7 miles away.
